Riley is a creative producer, cinematographer, and director living in Los Angeles.

A graduate of U.C. Berkeley’s Haas School of Business, Riley spent his early career in startup marketing, community live event production, and creating his first company, Riley Ashton Photography. He then moved into corporate marketing (Personal Capital, Morgan Stanley, Daka Labs, Nickelodeon, Rocket Mortgage).

At Rocket Mortgage, Riley helped to grow the company to a top 5 TikTok advertiser in the U.S in 6 months and leading a full-service team of 5 creatives to produce advertising content. He's passionate about helping companies develop strategic campaigns and efficient and innovative workflows to drive them.

Alongside this work, he continued to pursue creative endeavors. What endeavors? Short films, music videos, and photography as a director, producer, editor, and cinematographer. He's passionate about creating spaces for artists to come together and funding projects. 

Katie works as Stereogram's principle director and creative producer, specializing in end-to-end creative execution from concepting and copywriting to on-set direction. She takes pride in managing an array of valued client and talent relationships and oversees most administrative and operational logistics for the company. Katie originally joined Stereogram in 2023 as the Operations and Production Manager, and moved into her current role of Creative Director and Co-Owner in 2024.

Katie's career background blends expertise in arts management, direction, and technical production. Concurrent with and following her time at UC Berkeley, Katie spent several years as an equity stage manager and theatrical lighting designer, working in live event production before making the move to video production.

As a manager, she was previously the Technical Director of BareStage Productions, and the Technical Coordinator for the Artistic Learning Department of CalShakes. As an administrator, Katie has worked for a variety of organizations in education, with nonprofits, and with startups.
